Our History
A passion for arts and worldwide crafts was what inspired founder, Darby McQuade, to open Jackalope back in 1976.
The first store was located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where they sold furniture, garden accessories, and folk art.
Most of which were imported from Mexico, India, Thailand, Bali, Africa, China, and Egypt. Our North Hollywood location embraced all imported goods for the first few years and later became a garden center. Now we are a featured destination for both home and garden goods.
